ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Chelan and graduated from Chelan High School in 2007. I attended UW and graduated in 2011 with a BA in History. Upon graduating, I lived in Bellingham for a time and frequented Mt. Baker while working in the restaurant industry. I moved back to Chelan in 2014 and went to work in various sales and restaurant positions while building my own farm. I began my career in Real Estate in 2018 when a close friend introduced me to the business.
One of my favorite aspects of real estate is the legal side of the business. I love to work with buyer clients to write strong offers while still protecting their interests Or working with sellers to disect offers, making sure that their needs are met and that the selling process is as easy as possible for them. Being an expert in real estate legalese is key, and I pride myself on my proficiency in writing and analyzing a real estate contract.
I absolutely love what I do and put my heart and soul into my work. In my free time, I like to spend time at home with my girlfriend and our pets, golfing at one of the great local courses, floating on Lake Chelan or exploring our region's trails on my motorcycle. I also love to travel, and frequently visit family in Germany.
When I work with a client, my goal is to be as thorough and informative as possible. As an expert in my field, it is my duty to prepare clients for the local market, whether they are buying or selling. The Chelan Valley and North Central Washington are very unique, with one-of-a-kind zoning regulations and market trends, so informing my clients about the local real estate climate is very important.
Another key focus for me is to always be available to my clients. I can be reached at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. My clients know that I will call them back within a few hours if they leave me a voicemail, and they know that I will respond to their email as soon as I am able.
Real Estate is a fast-paced business, so being readily available to my clients can often mean the difference between failure and success.
